The LAW OFFICE OF JEFFREY BRISCOE, PLLC is much more than just me. As an attorney and small business owner, I am very proud of the support staff here at the law office. Not only are they wonderful at their jobs, but I have been fortunate to work with true friends who are honored to help assist our clients. Here's a brief look at some of the great folks you're likely to meet at our office.

Laura J. Rouse, Esq. - Originally from Illinois, Attorney Rouse holds Bachelor’s & Master's degrees from Florida State University, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law. Attorney Rouse specializes in estate planning law at our office. When not working, Laura enjoys keeping up with her 4 children,  watching baseball, and exploring the outdoors here in Southwest Florida.

Legal Assistant:
Brianna Andarcio. Brianna not only assists clients directly, but works closely with Attorney Briscoe concerning document preparation in the fields of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and real estate. She is originally from South Florida and pursuing her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.

Notary Public:
Ciria Infante. Ciria is a Florida Notary Public and our office's primary notary. She possesses substantial experience and provides invaluable assistance during our signing appointments. Ciria is also an active real estate agent specializing in residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida.

Allen J. Levin. - Attorney Allen J. Levin practiced law in Port Charlotte for over 50 years with an emphasis on estate planning, probate, and real estate. Attorney Briscoe worked closely with Attorney Levin and is honored to maintain and grow his law office into the future, as well as continue to serve his former clients.
